About Us
Relational Team Talk (RTT) helps individuals and teams experiencing burnout, compassion fatigue and other harmful consequences associated with high-pressure work environments.
We use evidence-based approaches to enhance individual and team wellbeing and reduce the negative impacts of stress. Our approaches focus on improving relationships within teams, which we know is associated with greater mental health and wellbeing, as well as productivity and sustainability.
Our bespoke workshops use reflective practice to build an incident analysis, from which we then apply a highly recognised (WHO) technique to support teams to process experiences.
These approaches support recovery from workplace events and improve culture.
